As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What We Look For |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations and support your team.
  • Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
