As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team, driving performance and achieving excellent results.

Requirements |

• Prioritize creating a positive, inclusive work environment through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain food, health, and safety standards, understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build and nurture your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.

• Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
