About You:

  • You prioritize creating an inclusive and positive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel in training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • You are dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring every dish meets high standards and your team is well-equipped.
  • You have experience maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • You focus on building and nurturing your team, supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • You care about creating an environment where your team feels respected and valued.
  • You are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
