We're looking for a visionary Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest space is immaculate, inviting, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, attendants, and porters.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Drive sustainability, safety, and innovation across all housekeeping practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for perfection.
- Strong communication and team development abilities.
- Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and special events.
