Outcomes First Group is seeking an experienced Executive Headteacher to lead a portfolio of specialist schools for students with SEND. You will provide vision, direction and leadership across two sites, ensuring safeguarding, compliance and operational excellence while developing senior leaders and delivering outstanding educational outcomes.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive school improvement, monitor performance and build strong partnerships with Local Authorities and families.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £92,100 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only

As Executive Headteacher, you will provide vision, direction and leadership across multiple schools, ensuring the highest standards of education, safeguarding, compliance and operational excellence. You will work closely with school leaders to create thriving learning environments where students can achieve their full potential whilst supporting the continued growth and success of the wider portfolio.
This role is ideal for a high-performing leader with a strong track record of school improvement, developing senior leadership teams, and delivering exceptional educational outcomes within complex educational settings.
Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, performance and growth of a portfolio of schools.

We are an independent specialist sixth form college that caters for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We offer a unique and stimulating environment where every student is able to make outstanding progress in their personal development and enjoy success in their education.
Heath Farm College is situated in Maidstone and has capacity to support up to 58 students. The provision facilitates a professional post 16 provision for students with EHCPs who are not ready for a large FE college or large school/academy 6th Form provision.
At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
