What you will do...

  • Ensure all guest rooms look well-presented by performing room checks, ensuring they are cleaned to our excellent standards.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
  • Coordinate staff schedules according to bedrooms, bookings, and corridors.
  • Ensure furnishings, rooms, equipment, linens, public restrooms, lobby, etc., are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and order stock levels in housekeeping stores and ensure proper storage.
  • Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.
  • Handle special needs and requests of guests and VIPs.
