A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, positive, and hands-on Executive Head Chef to join our client's iconic hotel in Bath.

As Executive Chef, you'll take a strategic approach to managing all culinary outlets across this luxury hotel, including a 2AA Rosette fine-dining restaurant, high-end events, and weddings. You'll use your culinary expertise and business acumen to drive the hotel's food vision—showcasing the best local and seasonal produce, complemented by elegant service. Dividing your time between kitchen management and hands-on cooking, you'll develop menus, uphold the highest food safety standards, and inspire your brigade to deliver outstanding dishes for every service.
