The role involves leading kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and developing team relationships. Be part of a newly structured team overseeing a recently refurbished flagship operation. The facility is a 7 day operation with a busy service offering restaurant, events, fine dining hospitality, coffee and vending. If you like busy and fast paced, this if for you!
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Executive Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our largest operations.
As a Executive Head Chef your focus is to work closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and together to provide the best customer service.
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
