This flagship venue will celebrate the art of authentic sushi, robata grilling, and kushiyaki skewers, blending time-honoured techniques with a refined, modern dining experience.

Executive Chef Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to:

Lead all pre-opening operations, including kitchen design, team recruitment, and training

Develop a creative, seasonal menu that highlights precision, flavour, and Japanese culinary traditions

Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced luxury dining environment

Collaborate with suppliers, manage food costs, and ensure operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a Japanese or pan-Asian fine dining setting

Deep expertise in sushi preparation, robata grill, and kushiyaki cooking

A successful track record of restaurant openings and leading high-performing culinary teams

Organised, calm under pressure, and highly detail-oriented
