Head of Department – Kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa, part of Cairn Group, leads a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with high food quality and service standards. You will drive operational excellence while supporting colleagues' growth and development.

You’ll foster a welcoming culture, build strong relationships with colleagues and guests, and help shape a high-performing kitchen that enables the team to thrive.
