Job Description

1. Transportation: Safely drive the Retail & Logistics Director and team to various destinations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
2. Route Planning: Plan efficient routes considering traffic, weather, and preferences.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with essentials like water and tissues.
4. Security and Safety: Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety.
5. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service.
6. Confidentiality: Keep all schedules, destinations, and conversations confidential.
7. Communication: Coordinate with the Director and Executive Assistant regarding schedules and travel plans.
8. Assistance: Help with luggage, doors, and passenger comfort.
9. Emergency Preparedness: Handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
10. Collections and Deliveries: Complete collections and deliveries as required.
