Job summary

OMD London is seeking an Executive Director, Performance to lead the Nissan Digital Hub across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic for the EMEA market cluster. You will oversee strategy, delivery, and alignment with Nissan’s priorities while managing Channel Directors and Senior Managers.

You will drive activation excellence, test-and-learn initiatives, and deploy AI-driven improvements, partnering with local markets and the OMD EMEA leadership to scale performance and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital and performance media across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to lead sizeable specialist teams of channel leaders.
• Strong activation background with campaign planning, implementation, optimisation, and measurement.
• Ability to translate complex performance data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nissan Digital Hub across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic for your market cluster.
• Deliver high-quality digital activation and performance across cluster markets.
• Manage key stakeholders across Nissan markets, including client and OMD contacts.
• Directly manage Channel Directors and Senior Managers, and develop their teams.
• Define priorities and workstreams at local market and regional levels.
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across OMD teams.
• Identify opportunities with AI, automation, and technology to improve campaigns.
• Own billing and invoicing processes for your market cluster.
• Contribute to the OMD EMEA Performance Community leadership team.
