An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Director of People and Workforce Development to lead the People and Learning Culture Directorate for an exceptional organisation in the Kirkby area. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing high-quality services, developing an inclusive culture, and providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a people, HR, or organisational development role.
- Ability to advise senior leaders on complex people and culture matters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the People and Learning Culture Strategy.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Team.
- Oversee delivery of services across employee relations and staffing.
- Develop an inclusive, values-led workplace culture.
- Strategic planning to meet future service needs.
