An exciting opportunity to work directly with our Chief Executive. This role offers an excellent chance to make a real difference to the lives of those who work and live in Stirling. It encompasses our People and Communities, Customer Service and Performance, and Housing services. The role involves overseeing the delivery of these services and demonstrating strong leadership as a corporate leader to the Council's Senior Team.

To succeed, you will need to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery, with a proven track record of achieving local or national objectives in a senior role. You should prioritize communities, drive organizational culture towards innovation and modernization of Council services with people in mind, and lead high-performance teams to achieve these goals.
