It encompasses our People and Communities, Customer Service and Performance, and Housing services. The role involves overseeing the delivery of these services and demonstrating strong leadership as a corporate leader to the Council's Senior Team.

You should prioritize communities, drive organizational culture towards innovation and modernization of Council services with people in mind, and lead high-performance teams to achieve these goals.
