Join Our Team as Executive Director of People

We’re looking for an extraordinary leader to elevate St Giles to the forefront of workplace excellence in our sector. This key role involves enhancing our people-centric culture, attracting, retaining, and nurturing diverse talent that reflects the communities we serve. You will work closely with our CEO and Executive Team, providing strategic and operational leadership to foster a high-energy, successful organization.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in senior HR and culture roles, with experience in driving cultural change, developing learning initiatives, and leading high-performing teams. CIPD qualification, comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, EDI agendas, and strategic thinking are essential. Strong communication skills are vital for success in this challenging role.
