Qualifications

• 12–15 years of credit experience, incl. fund finance or private credit.
• Lead with enterprise perspective balancing commercial priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Build leadership capability and empower teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Fund Finance research and outreach strategy for EMEA.
• Represent Moody's perspectives on fund finance trends and credit risk in EMEA.
• Lead a team of Fund Finance analytical professionals in EMEA and chair rating committees.
• Drive digital and AI-enabled transformation, process standardization, and automation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of integrity and governance.
