Job summary

Moody's is seeking an Executive Director – Fund Finance (EMEA) in London to translate franchise strategy into execution across EMEA. You will lead an analytical team, set strategic direction, and drive cross‑functional coordination with Moody's Ratings and Private Credit franchises.

The role combines deep credit expertise with executive leadership, overseeing ratings performance, market engagement, and digital transformation while maintaining governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical rigour and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Fund Finance research and outreach strategy for EMEA, enhancing publications, digital assets, and market voice
• Represent the franchise internally and externally, articulating Moody's perspectives on fund finance trends and credit risk in EMEA
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Fund Finance analytical professionals, with hiring, coaching, and career development responsibilities
• Chair rating committees, ensuring analytical rigor and adherence to Moody's methodologies and policies
• Drive digital and AI-enabled transformation, process standardization, and automation to improve analytical quality and efficiency
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and governance across the function
