Job summary

Northpoint Wellbeing Limited in Leeds seeks an experienced Director of Finance & Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership across finance, corporate services and infrastructure for high-quality mental health support.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive financial planning, IT security, estates, procurement and risk management, partnering with trustees and executives to ensure financial resilience and strong governance across Yorkshire and beyond.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strategic finance leadership experience.
• Experience advising boards and executives on financial strategy.
• Proven ability to lead corporate services and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, IT infrastructure and estates management.
• Lead procurement, insurance and business continuity planning.
• Advise trustees and senior leaders on financial sustainability and opportunities.
