Job summary

Mizuho EMEA is seeking a Head of Facilities Management - Executive Director to lead all FM functions across the UK and EMEA, ensuring safe, cost-effective accommodation and services. The role demands strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management and team leadership to align FM with business priorities.

You will set budgets, manage suppliers, and drive efficiency while maintaining high standards and governance across multiple sites. Hybrid working and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in facilities and premises management.
• Professional qualification in real estate/FM (RICS/IWFM) or equivalent.
• Strong commercial understanding of corporate real estate and workplace planning.
• Experience in multi-site FM within a regulated corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FM functions across UK and EMEA to ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Manage property-related third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Set up SLAs, oversee maintenance plans and major renewal projects.
• Lead annual FM budget and financial governance.
• Represent FM in executive and board meetings.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
