Job summary

Spire Bushey Hospital, part of Spire Healthcare Group, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical strategy, safety and governance across the hospital. You will work with consultants and senior leaders to deliver the Annual Operating Plan, drive service development and ensure exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the hospital's clinical strategy.
• Contribute to overall business strategy and service development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Hospital Director, consultants and senior leaders to deliver the Annual Operating Plan.
• Provide operational management across all clinical service areas.
• Ensure services are safe, effective, patient-centred and financially sustainable.
• Build and develop a high-performing clinical leadership team.
• Participate in Senior Management On-Call rota as required.
