Leicester Cathedral Innovation Ltd, created to develop and commercialise opportunities from Leicester Cathedral's assets, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the venture from its inception.

You will identify commercially viable opportunities across archaeology, ancient DNA, IP, digital innovation, genealogy and heritage, and translate ideas into sustainable revenue streams through partnerships, licensing and investment.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded senior leader.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and turn them into tangible outcomes.
• Strong business development skills with experience building high-value partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and growth of Leicester Cathedral Innovation Ltd with commercial potential.
• Develop propositions, business cases and licensing models for revenue streams.
• Secure partnerships, sponsorships and licensing opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, risk, governance and strategic delivery.
• Engage with academia, industry, government, heritage, media and investors.
