Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust seeks the Director of Allied Health Professionals to provide strategic direction and professional leadership to all AHPs across the Trust. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and sits on the senior leadership team to drive quality and patient safety.

The post requires current HCPC registration and a Masters-level qualification (or active progression) with substantial clinical and managerial experience at network level, including change

Qualificações

• Masters-level qualification in a related subject, or working towards one, with CPD evidence.
• Current HCPC registration as an Allied Health Professional.
• Substantial clinical and managerial experience at network level with a track record of meeting objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction and professional leadership for all AHPs across the Trust.
• Lead on AHP quality and patient safety issues.
• Lead the development and implementation of Trust-wide professional and quality work programmes.
• Deputise regularly for the full range of AHP responsibilities.
