corporate and private equity firms who intend to acquire, divest or restructure businesses to improve their value. The team comprises advisors with specialist commercial, operations, technical and deal / transaction experience from industry, advisory and audit backgrounds.

Your key responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Telecoms, Media, and Technology (TMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of technology and the ability to apply this knowledge to the transactions space. This role involves conducting operational and technical due diligence, as well as managing post-deal integration and separation processes.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience in TMT-focused roles, especially in digital infrastructure.
  • Develop experience across a range of engagements including operational and technical due diligence for transactions and managing post-deal integration and separation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of one or more of, but not limited to, latest industry trends such as fibre network architecture, data centre design, OSS/BSS transformations, agentic AI, GPUaaS or related topics
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as OpenAPIs, connectivity protocols, wholesale pricing, competition dynamics, spectrum allocations, infrastructure build requirements, or related topics
  • Eager to be a part of blended project teams comprising colleagues from our transactions and advisory practices as well as leading meetings with senior client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the strategy and planning for integration, carve-out / separation and operational restructuring.
  • Be familiar working in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role where you can demonstrate the ability to perform and summarise analysis into management insights and recommended actions at pace.
  • Drive innovation and transformational change within companies to unlock new sources of value.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A broad range of technology knowledge and experience including infrastructure, applications, databases and networks, with demonstrable expertise across at least one of these domains
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to technology transactions.
  • Proven experience and ability to communicate with clarity and impact to senior stakeholders. This may be demonstrable through your work in large projects with senior visibility, success at presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences or speaking at events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with company management teams and other stakeholders to align on value creation objectives and strategies.
  • Strong written skills and experience of producing and reviewing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Professional services / consulting experience within Transactions: due diligence, value creation, carve-out or integrations experience.
  • Experience in designing, implementing or deploying technology solutions such as new IT platforms, digital tooling or hardware technologies.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.

You’ll be a trusted business consultant to our clients and use your deep knowledge of multiple digital technologies to work closely to their needs. Your proven project management and stakeholder management experience will be key to the role. If you’re ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities and are committed to seeking out new ways to make a difference, this role is for you.
