Job summary

SEPA is seeking a Chief Digital & Information Officer to provide strategic leadership for digital, data and technology services across Scotland's principal environmental regulator. You will shape SEPA's digital and information strategy, lead organisational transformation, strengthen cyber resilience and data capability, and influence cross-government partners at the executive level.

You’ll lead with delivery credibility, navigate complex stakeholder environments and report to the Chief Executive

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strong, positive people leadership within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading digital transformational change at a strategic level.
• Experience with financial, resource and performance management, delivering against objectives.
• Experience working with a Board or equivalent, with governance and reporting.
