Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected, valued, and able to flourish.
• Be a proactive problem-solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
