Uncovered, a London-based social-first creative agency, seeks an Executive Creative Director to define and lead its creative vision. The role drives platform-native, culture-driving campaigns across clients and new business, aligning with strategy and production teams.

You will shape creative direction, develop talent, and advance Uncovered's reputation as a leading social-first agency through innovative, measurable work.

Qualifications

• 18+ years' experience in creative agencies leading integrated and social-first teams.
• Proven track record of award-winning work (Cannes Lions, Effies, IPAs, etc).
• Experience as an Executive Creative Director, Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion Uncovered's creative vision and standards across the agency.
• Oversee quality of creative output for all clients, campaigns and new business.
• Lead growth through creative contributions to pitches and strategic opportunities.
• Shape the agency's creative positioning and drive award-winning, culture-driven work.
• Mentor and develop senior creatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
