We are looking to speak with mid to senior-level executive compensation associates to join our client’s outstanding executive compensation group in New York.

This team provides advice in connection with high-profile, multibillion-dollar M&A transactions, public proxy statements, compensation arrangements, and ERISA fiduciary matters for investment funds and plan fiduciaries.
