  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data and insights.

  • Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors regarding compensation accounting matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations affecting executive compensation.
