Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners across our UK golf and country clubs. You will schedule shifts, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, pristine environment for guests and members. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and close the site securely at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Oversee a team of cleaners to maintain high standards.
• Lead scheduling of daily/weekly cleaning tasks and shifts.
• Recruit and train new cleaning staff to retain performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for cleaning services.
• Enforce PPE usage and health and safety guidelines.
• Close the building securely at end of each shift and report incidents.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to drive excellence.
