Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen staff effectively.

Job description

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Executive Chef to work with us at a wonderful workplace site in Canary Wharf.

Location: E14 5EY

Rate of pay: £55,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities:

  1. Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
  2. Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders
  3. Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food
  4. Producing menus and new dishes
  5. Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs
