Pabulum, part of Compass Group, is recruiting an Executive Chef Manager to lead a busy education catering operation at a London sixth-form college. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and staff development to deliver high-quality meals for students and staff.

Ideal candidates will have executive-level kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fresh food and excellent service in an education setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef, Chef Manager, Head Chef or Catering Manager.
• Experience in education catering, school/college environments or contract catering is preferred.
• Strong kitchen management and leadership能力.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day kitchen and catering operations.
• Deliver fresh, nutritious food and varied menus for a sixth-form environment.
• Train and develop the kitchen team and manage stock, orders, and costs.
• Ensure high standards of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety.
