Position Overview

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an Executive Chef Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the rollout of innovative menus across schools in your area, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and compliance.

Details

This position is 40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, with an annual salary of £32,500.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop engaging food offers and marketing initiatives that are on-trend, innovative, and profitable.
2. Increase sales and customer retention through improved food offerings.
3. Coach and develop Chefs in your area, ensuring adherence to company standards, compliance, and policies related to food safety, health, and quality.
4. Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
5. Maintain compliance with all company and client policies, site rules, and statutory regulations related to health and safety, hygiene, fire safety, and COSHH.

About You

You currently work in a senior culinary or development role, demonstrating creativity and flair in your food. You keep up with industry trends, developments, and innovations. You possess strong financial skills, including budgeting and cost control, and can communicate effectively at all levels. Previous experience in a compliance-driven environment is essential, with a commitment to following policies and procedures.
