Orders of St. John Care Trust is opening Melksham Gardens, a brand‑new 80‑bed care home in Melksham, Wiltshire. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to design menus, lead the hospitality team and deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents from day one.

You will oversee a first‑class catering service, source quality ingredients, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in a dynamic, brand‑new kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent cooking skills and a passion for high‑quality meals.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a hospitality team.
• Experience in menu planning, nutrition, and dietary accommodation.
• Ability to manage budgets, sourcing, and cost control.
• Commitment to food hygiene, safety and quality standards.
