Our food is crafted onsite by passionate chefs using the finest ingredients. We believe that a balanced, plant-focused, fresh, and sustainable menu enhances productivity and keeps our customers motivated and happy.

We are seeking an Executive Chef for one of our top UK accounts. In this role, you will passionately lead our food culture, delivering excellence through creativity, seasonality, nutrition, and, of course, delicious food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain top culinary talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strengthen client relationships through engaging food experiences, including community cooking classes and educational opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional food standards consistently across employee dining and hospitality.
  • Immerse yourself and your team in the vibrant London and regional food scene to identify and implement innovations.
  • Design menus that promote wellbeing, integrating our ‘Ways To Be Well’ programme.
  • Collaborate with Foodbuy to maximise planet-friendly procurement opportunities, focusing on local sourcing and responsible purchasing.
  • Manage food wastage processes and champion plant-forward eating through innovative menu design.
  • Oversee stocktaking and ensure proper food storage to minimise waste and optimise profitability.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene regulations.
  • Create an inspiring kitchen environment that motivates your team to excel.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Who You Are
  • Passionate about food with a flair for innovation and creativity.
  • Committed to sustainability and protecting our planet.
  • Excellent communicator and people manager with financial acumen.
  • Team player who guides and supports their team in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • IT literate and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring procedures are followed.
Rewards and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Career development through our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes
  • Quick access for you and your immediate family to a Digital GP and wider healthcare benefits
  • Exclusive travel discounts with TUI, Expedia, Booking.com, and others
  • Discounts at Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, and more
  • Up to 44% off cinema tickets
  • Cash rewards for spending, redeemable at various brands
