Copper House seeks a Divisional Executive Chef to oversee food development across 70 pubs in London. This hands-on role requires expertise in British cuisine, strong leadership, and a track record in team development. The position offers £45,000 per annum, a training pathway, and extensive benefits, including a generous pension scheme.
Divisional Executive Chef – Field based - Up to 45k plus travel expenses & bonus
Responsibilities of our Divisional Executive Chef:
Reporting to the Director of Food and aligned with one of our Operations Directors, you will be responsible for developing the food offer throughout your division of approximately 70 pubs. You will take a hands-on approach to influencing teams on new menus that achieve and exceed sales & profit growth targets in a safe & compliant environment.
You’ll be the ambassador for people development, ensuring our team is aware of the chef career pathway to support a team that is fully trained and supported to excel in their roles, with a keen eye for future vacancies.
The Executive Chef will also lead standards across the division, inspiring our teams through annual roadshows, trips, and CAPEX development projects.
