Young's Pubs seeks a Divisional Executive Chef to lead food development in around 70 establishments. This role involves enhancing the food offer, team training, and ensuring compliance while maintaining high standards across the division. A salary of up to £45,000 plus bonuses and travel expenses is offered.
Divisional Executive Chef – Field based - Up to 45k plus travel expenses & bonus
Responsibilities of our Divisional Executive Chef:
Reporting to the Director of Food and aligned with one of our Operations Directors, you will be responsible for developing the food offer throughout your division of approximately 70 pubs. This involves taking a hands-on approach to influencing teams on new menus that achieve and exceed sales & profit growth targets in a safe & compliant business environment.
You will be the ambassador for people development, ensuring team awareness of the chef career pathway to support a team that is fully trained and supported to excel in their roles, with an eye for future vacancies.
The role also includes inspiring our teams through annual road shows, inspirational trips, and CAPEX development projects, while maintaining exemplary standards across the division.
