You will lead a talented team, manage kitchen operations, design seasonal menus, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure that guests have an extraordinary culinary experience. The successful Executive Chef will :
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Design and execute innovative menus that showcase the best in local and international cuisine, aligning with the hotel’s luxurious standards.
Ensure consistent and exceptional quality of food and presentation in all dining outlets.
Maintain inventory and ordering systems to ensure the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards to provide the highest level of guest safety and satisfaction.
Uphold the hotel's commitment to sustainable practices, sourcing ingredients from local and environmentally responsible vendors when possible.
Talent Profile
Ideally you will have :
Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar in a luxury hotel / resort environment.
A proven track record of innovative menu creation, flawless food execution, and leadership in high-volume kitchens.
Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and health regulations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.
A qualification in culinary operations.
