As the Executive Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure all kitchens adhere to company health and safety standards. You will oversee a team of up to 50 chefs, so a passion for food, service, and development is essential. With such a brigade, excellent communication skills across all levels are necessary to ensure the team is organized, plans effectively, and delivers smooth, efficient service.
