Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking an Experienced Head Chef to lead a kitchen of talented chefs, drive culinary direction, and deliver exceptional dining experiences across our venues.

You will shape menus, mentor the team, maintain high standards, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding the brand's reputation across 30+ restaurants, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or senior culinary leader.
• Strong culinary techniques and menu development.
• Leadership and team management in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dynamic kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
