Executive Assistant

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + bonus + benefits

8-month maternity contract

Location: West End, London

A new anddynamic EA position has come in to support a down-to-earth, highly impressive property investment company in the West End. With a close-knit team of 12 people, you will be the sole support, primarily supporting the CEO and one of the Partners as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly. They are a firm that truly values their employees; they have fostered an amazing culture and are a close-knit, collaborative team and work extremely welltogether. A varied role, they are looking for someone to come and hit the ground running in September for 8 months.

The responsibilities:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Board support
  • Relationship management/Point of contact
  • Managing logistics for all travel arrangements
  • Events management – coordination of events for clients and internal teams
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations (ppt, printing and binding)
  • HR: Management of staff benefits package; pension, health, insurance etc. Onboarding and offboarding employees. Induction packs. Maintain employee records – holiday/ sickness
  • Marketing: Support with branding and design work for the company, updating company websites and LinkedIn pages.
  • IT: Software sourcing, IT enquiries
  • Office Management: Maintenance, liaising with suppliers, health and Safety and office supplies

The idealcandidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in property, investment or professional services
  • Immediately available to start on 18th August 2025
  • Around 4 years EA and Office Management experience
  • Supported at Director/CEOlevel in a smaller company
