We're dedicated to crafting bespoke marketing solutions using cutting-edge tech and AI to supercharge creativity and collaboration. What you'll be doing:

You'll play a vital role in partnering with our leaders and contributing to the overall success of WPP Open. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from diary management and travel planning to executive support, providing you with a broad range of experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This is a great chance to be a key enabler for our leadership team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Chief of Growth & Product, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Enablement Officer.
• Manage complex diaries, coordinating schedules effectively.
• Arrange travel logistics, including international travel and visas.
• Process expenses and track progress on key tasks.
• Prepare documents and presentations related to growth, technology, and enablement.
• Organize briefing materials for meetings and speaking engagements.
• Assist in coordinating industry events, internal meetings, and corporate hospitality.
