Are you a high-performing Executive Assistant with a passion for venture capital and the fast-paced world of start-ups? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading investment firm at a pivotal time in their growth journey.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented EA to support multiple senior investment professionals. You’ll be at the heart of the action - managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, preparing high-quality materials, and ensuring seamless operations across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Executive & Investment Support
  • Manage dynamic calendars and high-volume meeting requests
  • Coordinate complex international travel and itineraries
  • Prepare briefing packs, reports, and presentations
  • Support investment processes, board meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Operational & Team Coordination
  • Oversee team meetings, agendas, and project pipelines
  • Maintain CRM and internal systems (Affinity, Notion, shared drives)
  • Track workflows and resource allocation across the team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Events, Culture & Administration
  • Lead logistics for founder and investor events
  • Contribute to a strong team culture and cross-functional collaboration
  • Handle expenses, communications, and provide EA team cover as needed
