Executive Assistant to CEO

Position Title: Executive Assistant

We’re seeking a highly organised, dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO of a boutiquefinancialservicescompanybased in central London.

This is a central role that requires someone who can stay steps ahead, manage complexity, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Role Overview:

Support the CEO by ensuring day-to-day operations, communication, and planning are handled efficiently—freeing up time and focus for strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal priorities and initiatives to keep projects and tasks on track.
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and communications to make the best use of the CEO’s time.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison across teams, ensuring information flows effectively.
  • Help prepare for key meetings, including planning agendas, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining clarity on next steps.
  • Identify potential issues or delays early and find solutions to keep things moving forward.
  • Provide general support on a variety of tasks, both administrative and project-based.
