Overview

Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales (UK&I) is responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the VP to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs and global coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and take ownership of the VP’s calendar and scheduled meetings.
  • Proactively reschedule, hold time and gather necessary information prior to meetings to ensure VP is properly prepared
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements when required for VP (accommodations)
  • Be present on meetings, record meeting minutes and ensure all action items are completed and/or followed-up on.
  • Serve as liaison with global executives and key stakeholders for coordination on meetings and projects.
  • Draft and send out various correspondence and reports to leadership teams and C-Level Executives on behalf of the VP.
  • Submit all expenses on behalf of VP for reimbursement through the company expense system.
