London South Bank University is looking to recruit a permanent full time Executive Assistant to provide proactive and comprehensive secretarial and project support to the Provost.

The Executive Support Team provides a focal point for the co-ordination and integration of University business, providing advice and support to the University Executive and other senior post holders on the full-range of strategic, policy and management matters. We now seek to strengthen the team with an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of working to support senior executives in a large organisation and who can deliver a high standard of customer care. Strong secretarial and administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels, are essential requirements for this post.

The post holder will report to Head of the Executive Office and will be a key member of the Provost’s team and support and / or lead activities at the request of the Provost. The post holder will be the operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
