Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Alderley Park | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)

We're on the hunt for a proactive and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team. This is an exciting and demanding role that requires exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills. If you love working at pace, juggling multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of both professional and personal commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

Scope of the role:

Diary & Schedule Management - Orchestrating the Managing Director's intricate schedule across multiple businesses, anticipating potential conflicts, and resolving them before they arise.

Travel Coordination - Planning and managing national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and last-minute itinerary changes.

Stakeholder & Communication Management - Acting as a key liaison, ensuring smooth interactions between the Head office, internal teams, and external partners.

Meeting & Event Coordination - Organising executive meetings, arranging catering, and overseeing logistics for company events.

Document & Office Administration - Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence while keeping the London office running like clockwork.

Event Planning - Playing a vital role in corporate event organisation across London and Alderley Park, ensuring all logistics and details are flawlessly executed.

Cross-Functional Support - Assisting HR and other Executive Assistants within the Group with recruitment, onboarding, and wider business initiatives.
