Overview

Executive Assistant to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience

Renishaw are currently seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to provide full secretarial support to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Duties will also involve managing administration of the Legal & Secretarial team. This is a key and high-profile role that would suit a self-motivated team-worker with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the Board meeting process from drafting the agenda to final distribution of the Board pack
  • Supporting the collation, preparation and distribution of Board packs for all other Committee meetings as well as setting up all meeting invites for those Board meetings
  • Support to the Non-executive Chair of the Board and other Non-Executive Directors both before and during site visits (i.e booking accommodation)
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents for the AGM
  • Managing all notarial and legalisation matters for both plc and the overseas subsidiaries
Key Requirements
  • Previous expertise as a personal assistant, executive assistant or secretary
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word (including track changes, embedded references, use of styles, headings, table of contents etc), Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in formal meeting organisation and administration
  • Experience with board administration software would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided
  • Audio typing skills
