Executive Assistant to the Founder (Part Time)

We provide a highly personalised, hands-on experience to our clients. We work as part of their teams providing practical help to deliver demanding projects and products. We like to think we leave organisations better equipped for the future after working with us.

To support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to systemise and organise the administrative side of our business.

Job Responsibility:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Create visually appealing and professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint based on input from the team, adhering to company branding guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in our accounting system, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, VAT, and expense claims.
  • Maintain employee records in HR Partner, including timesheets, expenses, sickness, payslips, and personnel letters.
  • Prepare and issue contracts for clients and contractors, utilising DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • Define and implement streamlined operational procedures for various administrative functions.
  • Plan and execute company events, including logistics, vendor management, and communication.
  • Book accommodation and transportation for team members, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to travel policies.
Requirements:

To be considered for the role, you'll have the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (FreeAgent preferred) and HR systems (HR Partner a plus).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
