Recruitify Global has been exclusively retained by a prestigious UK-headquartered financial group (500 people globally) operating at the forefront of digital asset innovation and cross-border financial services. We are currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and the founder of the whole group, a role that sits at the epicenter of the group’s strategic and operational leadership.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside top-tier executives in a complex, high-growth environment where discretion, agility, and a sharp financial mind are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate will bring both gravitas and executional excellence, having operated in similarly demanding roles across banking, fintech, investment management, or legal advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the right hand to the CFO, facilitating seamless daily operations and managing critical initiatives across the organization’s financial and regulatory landscape.
  • Act as a key liaison with investors, regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and global financial partners, ensuring the CFO’s agenda is always strategically aligned.
  • Prepare and refine high-impact presentations, financial briefings, and confidential reports, contributing to decision-making at the highest level.
  • Orchestrate executive-level meetings, including board sessions, investor communications, and strategic briefings, ensuring precise documentation and regulatory alignment.
  • Handle complex scheduling, global travel coordination, and high-level event planning, while remaining responsive to priority shifts and after-hours requests.
  • Continuously improve internal systems and workflows to enhance the efficiency of the CFO’s office and broader executive team.
  • Conduct financial research and competitor analysis to support business intelligence efforts.
  • Take ownership of special projects as delegated by the CFO, including those of a personal or confidential nature.

Desired Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is advantageous.
  • At least 6–8 years of executive support experience in a financial institution, hedge fund, investment firm, digital assets company, crypto company, or legal advisory firm.
  • A nuanced understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, compliance frameworks, and the legal intricacies of financial services or fintech.
  • Familiarity with crypto assets, blockchain ecosystems, and evolving regulatory environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and high-stakes matters with impeccable discretion and judgment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presence in high-level professional settings.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and leading project management platforms and AI tools.
  • High emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and remain available beyond traditional business hours when required.

What’s Offered:

  • Competitive remuneration package with performance-based annual bonuses
  • A hybrid working model (UK-based, remote only)
  • Exceptional exposure to the executive layer of one of the most forward-thinking financial groups in Europe
  • Career progression opportunities within a dynamic and influential organization
  • Access to personal wellness benefits and continuous professional development programs
