Job description

One of our clients are seeking a highly capable Assistant to the CEO to provide first-class support across both business and lifestyle matters. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and visionary environment. It requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organisational ability, and the capacity to stay two steps ahead at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Strategy

  • Provide direct support across the business
  • Own and manage complex diaries and meeting scheduling
  • Prioritise sales and business development activity
  • Attend key internal and external meetings – capture and action insights into clear proposals and plans
  • Review strategic materials such as decks, proposals, and business documents
  • Support with personal admin and coordination as needed

Operational Leadership

  • Be physically present in the office (Tuesday–Friday) to support culture and collaboration
  • Maintain high standards across office management – ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and client-ready
  • Manage logistics such as rotas and meeting room coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related needs and in-person interactions

People & Team Coordination

  • Handle light HR responsibilities – monitoring team needs, dynamics, and morale
  • Support onboarding, informal staff communication, and general people ops tasks

Marketing Awareness & Sales Support

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand presence
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing materials, sales proposals, and pitches
  • Assist with managing inbound leads, prioritising outreach, and keeping communication aligned
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital culture

Who This Role Is For:

  • Confident, proactive, and able to operate with gravitas and presence
  • Strong communicator who can lead conversations and build trust quickly
